Protocol During Office Hours

We are now starting to allow clients into the hospital to accompany their pets during examinations. Masks are still required to enter our hospital. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with a new one to use.

Contactless Pickup of Medications and Food

For the next few weeks, we will continue to offer curbside pickup for food and pet supply sales. Food sales clients will not be allowed into the hospital as we transition back to normal operations. We anticipate that this will change within the next few weeks. Please continue to either call ahead, or call from your car, and we will get any food and medication that you need. We will then bring your products and our portable debit/charge terminal out to you for payment. This protocol will be adjusted and changed as the overall situation is updated.

Examinations and Treatments

At the present time, a maximum of two people will be allowed in for examinations and appointments. As our examination rooms are small, we are asking clients to stand in the waiting room at the door to the exam rooms so they can see their pets and speak to the Veterinarian and staff during the exams.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience as we slowly transition back to normal operations.
